30-day returns
Unused items in their original condition and packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Items must be unworn, unaltered, and include all original tags, certificates, and documentation.
Non-returnable items
Some items are non-returnable, including custom and made-to-order pieces, CAD-CAM and casting work, special orders, certified diamonds and loose stones once accepted, and items that have been used, set, altered, or engraved. Any such restriction is noted on the product page or at the time of order.
How to start a return
Sign in, open Order Status under My Account, and contact our team to request a return authorization (RA). Please include your order number so we can process it quickly. Returns sent without an RA may be delayed or refused.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, request a return authorization and place a new order for the replacement. This ensures the item you want stays in stock and ships without delay.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned items, typically within 5–7 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or incorrect items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 5 business days of delivery and we'll make it right at no cost to you — including a prepaid return label where applicable.
