30-day returns
Unused items in their original condition and packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Custom-cut and special-order items (including certified diamonds) may be non-returnable; this is noted on the product page.
How to start a return
Sign in, open Order Status under My Account, and contact our team to request a return authorization. Please include your order number so we can process it quickly.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned items, typically within 5–7 business days.
