JewelryMart.com is a wholesale, business-to-business platform. Trade pricing and ordering are available only to approved business accounts and are intended for resale or legitimate business use. You agree to provide accurate application information and to keep your account credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

Prices, promotions, and product availability are subject to change without notice. Diamond and gemstone inventory is dynamic and may sell or be placed on memo at any time. We make reasonable efforts to display accurate information but do not warrant that descriptions, pricing, or other content is error-free, and we reserve the right to correct errors and to limit quantities.

Your receipt of an order confirmation does not constitute our acceptance of an order. We may decline, limit, or cancel an order at our discretion — including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock issues — and will refund any amounts charged for a cancelled order. Diamond parcels may be invoiced at actual measured weight, so a final invoice can differ slightly from an estimated total.

You agree to pay all charges for your orders at the prices in effect when the order is accepted, plus applicable taxes and shipping. Payment is handled by our PCI-compliant payment processor. Resale customers are responsible for providing valid tax-exemption documentation where applicable.

Shipping timelines and methods are described in our Shipping Policy. Returns and exchanges are governed by our Returns & Exchanges Policy. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our delivery of the goods to the carrier, unless otherwise required by law.

For CAD-CAM, casting, and other custom services, you represent that you have the rights to any references, images, or files you submit. Custom, made-to-order, and certified-stone items may be non-cancellable and non-returnable once production begins or the order is placed, as noted at the time of order.

All site content — including text, graphics, logos, and images — is owned by or licensed to JewelryMart.com and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

You agree not to misuse the site, including by attempting to access accounts or data that are not yours, scraping or harvesting data, interfering with site operation or security, or using the site for any unlawful purpose.

Except where prohibited by law, products and the site are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, JewelryMart.com and its suppliers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless JewelryMart.com from claims, losses, and expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the site or products.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. We may update these Terms from time to time; the “Last updated” date above reflects the current version, and your continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
