Shipping Policy

Processing time
In-stock orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. Lab-grown diamond and certified-stone orders may carry an item-specific lead time, which is shown at checkout. Orders placed after our daily cutoff, on weekends, or on holidays begin processing the next business day.
Shipping rates
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the carrier and service you select, along with the order's weight, value, and destination. Expedited and international shipments are priced accordingly.
Carriers & tracking
Orders ship via UPS, FedEx, or USPS depending on size and destination. Once your order ships, tracking is available under Order Status in your account. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate; we are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses.
Diamonds & high-value shipments
Loose diamonds and other high-value items ship fully insured and may require an adult signature on delivery. For security, these shipments cannot be left unattended and may not be deliverable to P.O. boxes.
International orders
We ship to many international destinations. The recipient is the importer of record and is responsible for any duties, taxes, and customs fees, which are not included in your order total and are collected by the carrier or customs authority.
Lost or damaged shipments
If your shipment arrives damaged or doesn't arrive as tracked, contact us promptly so we can open a claim with the carrier and make it right. Please keep all packaging until the claim is resolved.
